European contact group on Migration and Development - 28 Feb 2011
In view of the evolving EU agenda on Migration and Development, the participants to the civil society meeting organized by Eunomad on 30th of November 2010 recognized that regular exchange and consultation between organisations active on the field of migration and development would be helpful and important, so that synergies can be identified for possible common and concerted action in the future.
Participants agreed on the principle of a follow up meeting to take place on the 28 Februzary 2011 and whose objective would be to discuss the practicalities of the possible set up of a contact group on migration and development. It was agreed that Eunomad would facilitate this process.
