The Second European Congress of Citizenship" How to achieve a more Inclusive and Democratic Europe?" is held November 23 2010 in the European Parliament in Strasbourg.

Organised by the Multicultural Youth Council (COJEP), the Congress highlights the issue of citizenship in relation with the challenge of multicultural societies and european cultural diversity, in order to achieve a more inclusive and democratic Europe.
